East Asia Center Sponsorship Requests

The East Asia Center welcomes requests for sponsorship for UVA events that align with the broader mission of interdisciplinary analysis of East and Southeast Asia. In order to be qualify for sponsorship;

• The event must be hosted by a UVA department, center, or unit
• The event must be open to all UVA community members
• The primary event organizer agrees to acknowledge the East Asia Center as a sponsor in any promotional materials
• The request has approval from the hosting department chair or center/unit Director

Support requests are highly recommended to be submitted prior to the beginning of the term for which the event will take place within, however submissions are welcome on a rolling basis throughout the year.

In addition to form submission, please contact the EAC director or administrative coordinator to notify them of your request.
