Please join the East Asia Center as we host Maya Stiller, Associate Professor of Korean art history & visual culture at the University of Kansas, for her talk "Elite Graffiti, Kinship, and Social Capital: Cultural Pilgrimages to Kŭmgangsan in Pre-1900 Korea." Her book Carving Status at Kŭmgangsan: Elite Graffiti in Premodern Korea has just been published by University of Washington Press.
