The UVA East Asia Center will be hosting a joint panel presentation with Seiji Shirane, Assistant Professor of History at The City College of New York, and Joseph Seeley, Assistant Professor in the Corcoran Department of History at the University of Virginia, entitled "Japan’s Imperial Borderlands: Case Studies from Taiwan and Korea."

The event is free and open to the public, and will be held Friday, April 19, from 3:15 - 4:30 pm in Monroe 130.
