Two study abroad programs in China, that have been dormant since 2019, are being offered to students again this summer; "U.Va. in Shanghai: Chinese Language & Culture", an eight-week language immersion experience, arranged in partnership with East China Normal University, as well as the "U.Va. Architecture: China" program, which will have students visit Shanghai, Suzhou and Hangzhou, to examine Chinese architectural traditions through various workshops and design exercises.
